I think Japan was. Although some of the jumps were harder than average, I thought it was easier to play because it was a bit interesting (motorbike??).

I thought nepak - only the plane bit was difficult. After that it was a breeze. The time trial was ridiculously easy - even with only 9 minutes to do it in.

Bolivia

It has to be Bolivia,
I found this level hard when I first started to play, but on the second run through, I completed the level in 15mins.
It makes a good demo.
